Last night, @library_shoes and I had a chance to see @lizphairofficial at a fundraiser in Woodstock. It was an intimate crowd and it was amazing. @radiowoodstock’s #PinkOctober has raised over $650k for cancer support in the Hudson Valley. And I got to meet Liz Phair.

Again, I weirdly love race photos. And I could do a heal click at the end of the @urbancowhalf. #FatGuyRunning (also this race had a great crowd and so awesome volunteers) A little story about what was going through my head at the end of the race... You know Maureen’s performance art piece in #Rent where she implores the crowd to moo with her? Yeah. I was thinking, “oh, this last stretch would be awesome if the crowd was mooing!” and I almost yelled, “Moo with me people” and then thought better of it because I am an adult.

Finished! @urbancowhalf Long ride on the struggle bus today. Got to see many of the fabulous portapotties of Sacramento (Look for the new show this spring on Bravo) but I finished. There was one @zippyrun sighting and one “you know @unioncollege?” based on another runnier seeing my tattoos. It was, as the poet Ice Cube said, “a good day”. #FatGuyRunning
