What is in your bag?

I realized today (while sitting in from of the Capitol) that I had a complete digital suite in my bag...and it made me feel entirely geeky in a negative way...

Netbook (and adapters)
iPhone (and cables)
Digital Camera (the Fuji with lenses)
USB hub
Polyphonic Speakers
Paper journal
And about half a TB of storage...

Plus Sharpies and such...

Yeah...typing this out made me feel weird...all I need is a pico projector (which may be a purchase for next week) and a flask full of bourbon (I do have four that are not being used) and a change of clothes and I could live out of my fairly high tech messenger bag...

I don't know if I should be proud or profoundly sad...

* sigh *

As you well know...

Nothing happened today, which is interesting in and of itself, however as the NYS Senate dickers and dithers, they are ensuring that they are going to face primary challengers next year...

I am a little afraid of what may come next.

Listening to the Roundtable on WAMC and I am shocked at the level of ignorance on the part of the callers, especially as it pertains to the American political process.
