Follow-up on 7-Eleven

Please accept my sincere apology for your unpleasant customer experience at our 7-Eleven Store located at 66 Alfred Street in Biddeford, Maine. I have discussed this matter with Stephen Jones, Franchisee and he has agreed to address this topic with all employees. We do not tolerate such behavior and again, I trust that the franchisee will address and resolve such unacceptable behavior.
