Shouldn't pizza be cut into wedges instead of strips?
(Oh, and this was the gourmet Fra Diavlo pie, which is a white pizza with a sprinkling of red pepper flakes. Nice play, pizza place...)
I have noticed that a lot of white pizzas are cut like breadsticks these days. It is a trend, especially with the high-end places that are trying to distinguish themselves from pizza as street food.
