Oh! It's a Happy Penguin!

FAU has pointed out that I like birds, and I do. I think they are amazing.

Then I see something like this and it makes me really frakin' happy.

As a friend said about this, "I want to be as happy as the penguin. Every day."

Yes, I Have a Bird Thing

FAU pointed at that I have a bird thing last year and while he is correct (and it could be worse...I could have a thing for cats) I also understand how some species can be destructive or, at the very least, annoying...like the Canada Goose.

But for as much of a nuisance as they are, when mom and dad goose are herding their goslings, they look almost human.
