PotD - Oh, those ribs...

Yeah, these are ribs that I was talking about...


They went down like (insert joke here).

The dry rub was: smoked chipotle, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dry basil, & celery salt.

The ribs were basted with butter and a bottle of crappy light beer (my sister's brand) and a bit of an Irish Stout and a good American Pale Ale.
