As you know (or you may not), I am currently living with a black dog and a white cat. The will share my bed but not in a comfortable way.
Yesterday, Curly hopped up on the bed to snuggle which caused Hemingway to wake, yawn, hiss and take a swat at an indifferent dog.
With that as the baseline, I have decided to rename the animals
From this day forward, Curly will now be known as Palestine and Hemmingway will be known as Israel.
Please understand this transition may be difficult for the entire family.
