Someone should remake this.
Because it leaves out the power of the lobbyists and the media campaigns that would be put forth...
Oh, and those people who believe that forcing school buses to stop at railroad crossings violates the "Gifts and Rights that were Granted to REAL Americans by the Christian G*d who was at the Constitutional Convention" and the Framework put forth by the Founders who would have specifically called for school bus crossings if it wasn't a states' rights issue.
